Andrew William Griswold

Andrew William Griswold, 33, of Niceville, Florida, joined a crowd of rioters illegally outside the Capitol's East Rotunda Doors at about 2:35 p.m. during the Jan. 6, 2021 riot, pushed on the rioter in front of him to advance toward the open doors, entered the building around 2:40 p.m., and made his way to the Senate Gallery, later bragging about making lawmakers run from the mob. He pleaded guilty to a felony count of civil disorder. He was sentenced on 7/13/2022 to 75 days of incarceration, two years of supervised release, $2,000 in restitution, and a $100 special assessment.
