Antionne DeShaun Brodnax

Antionne DeShaun Brodnax, a Virginia rapper who performed as "Bugzie the Don," used a photo of himself posed on a SWAT vehicle outside the Capitol during the Jan. 6, 2021 riot as the cover art for his album "The Capital." He pleaded guilty in October 2021 to four misdemeanor counts. Citing Brodnax's prior convictions for manufacturing a controlled substance and being a felon in possession of a firearm, and finding he had willfully obstructed justice by promising photos and videos to the FBI and then deleting them, prosecutors sought 21 months in prison; he was sentenced to five months in prison, a year of supervised release, a $70 special assessment, and $500 in restitution.
