Brittany Nicole Robinson

Brittany Nicole Robinson, 29, of the Fort Mill, South Carolina area, entered the U.S. Capitol through the Senate Wing Door with her husband's family during the Jan. 6, 2021 riot, part of a group of five Robinson family members who broke through a police line, waved the crowd forward toward the House chamber, and ventured into House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's office; she was arrested in a predawn raid in May 2022. She pleaded guilty to one charge, parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol building, with other charges dismissed. She was sentenced on 8/2/2023 to one month of incarceration, $500 in restitution, and a $10 special assessment.
