Dovid Schwartzberg

Dovid Schwartzberg, 19, of Brooklyn, New York, crawled through a broken window to enter the U.S. Capitol during the Jan. 6, 2021 riot after attending the rally outside, later telling FBI agents he "wanted to be where the action was"; he recorded several videos inside the building and posted them to TikTok under his handle @dovidsberg26. He pleaded guilty to one charge, parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol building, with other charges dismissed. He was sentenced on 9/7/2022 to 45 days of incarceration, $500 in restitution, and a $10 special assessment.
