Greg Rubenacker

Greg Rubenacker, a DJ from Farmingdale, New York, entered the U.S. Capitol through the Senate Wing Door at about 2:13 p.m. during the Jan. 6, 2021 riot, recording a video in which he said, "This is history! We took the Capitol"; once inside the Rotunda, he smoked marijuana and posted a video captioned "Smoke out the Capitol, baby," then joined a group that chased Capitol Police officer Eugene Goodman up a staircase near the Senate Chamber entrance, and at about 3:08 p.m. swung a plastic bottle at an officer's head and sprayed water across law enforcement. He pleaded guilty to all ten charges against him, including three felonies. He was sentenced on 5/26/2022 to 41 months of incarceration, 36 months of supervised release, $2,000 in restitution, and a $415 special assessment.
