Jordan T. Revlett

Jordan T. Revlett, 23, of McLean County, Kentucky, walked with his parents to the U.S. Capitol after President Trump's speech on Jan. 6, 2021 and entered the building, spending several minutes in the Rotunda area; a tipster alerted the FBI to a Snapchat screenshot showing him inside, including one captioned, "Just so you guys know a capitol police officer opened the door from inside to let us in," and an acquaintance provided additional videos. He told FBI agents he had not participated in any violence. He pleaded guilty to one charge, parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol building, with other charges dismissed. He was sentenced on 7/7/2022 to 14 days of incarceration, 1 year of probation, a $10 special assessment, $500 in restitution, and 80 hours of community service.
