Josiah Kenyon

Josiah Kenyon, 34, of Winnemucca, Nevada, dressed as "Jack Skellington" from "The Nightmare Before Christmas" and wearing a red "Make America Great Again" cap, used a table leg with a protruding nail to attack police officers after entering the U.S. Capitol during the Jan. 6, 2021 riot. He pleaded guilty to a felony count of assaulting certain officers using a dangerous weapon, with other charges dismissed. He was sentenced on 4/11/2023 to 72 months of incarceration, 36 months of supervised release, a $200 special assessment, and $43,315.25 in restitution for damage to a Capitol window.
