Superior Court sentences between 2005 and 2010: 155 days' imprisonment (100 days suspended), one year's supervised release, and $50 fine (December 7, 2005); 180 days' imprisonment (suspended), four months' supervised release, and $50 fine (February 5, 2007); time served, one year's supervised release, and $50 fine (March 4, 2009); 90 days' imprisonment (suspended) and one year's supervised release (September 20, 2010).
