Stacy Wade Hager

Stacy Wade Hager, wearing a Trump hat and waving a Texas flag, roamed through the U.S. Capitol taking photos and videos of himself during the Jan. 6, 2021 riot. He pleaded not guilty to four misdemeanors, including entering and remaining in a restricted building; following a two-day bench trial, the court found him guilty on all four counts on 4/4/2023. He was sentenced on 7/13/2023 to seven months of incarceration on two counts and three months on the others, to run concurrently, a $70 special assessment, and $500 in restitution.
