Tam Dinh Pham

Tam Dinh Pham, a veteran Houston police officer, initially told federal agents he had only briefly attended the Jan. 6, 2021 rally and denied entering the U.S. Capitol, but backtracked after investigators found photos and videos of him inside the building in his phone's "recently deleted" album; he admitted to climbing over fallen fencing and passing through barricades before spending roughly 10 to 15 minutes inside during the riot. He pleaded guilty to one charge, parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol building, with other charges dismissed. He was sentenced on 12/10/2021 to 45 days in jail, $500 in restitution, a $10 special assessment, and a $1,000 fine.
